Firstly we wanted to close the bedroom doors to let our 2 year old daughter sleep in the night while my partner and I enjoyed the evening. We could not do this due to no secondary heating source within the house. For the price of $230 per night we where expecting this. On top of this the gas stove flames kept blowing out and leaving the gas running. We found this very dangerous and had to air out the room a number of times. Losing all the heat from the fire. Also it took a day to get in contact with the property manager which was very disappointing. Also there was no one at the property to greet us and the customer service was very bad taking 2 days to reply to our concerns. The only compensation offered was a discount on another stay at the lodge which I find arrogant, we will never stay at the Eco lodge again. We found the management misleading, rude, dishonest, greedy and unhelpful. This was a holiday from hell and we all became sick from a freezing stay at the lodge. Set on spectacular scenery and well away from the busyness of the rest of life. Loved it!

Very peaceful setting and house was clean and comfy. Thank you for making our stay at Warialda a memorable one for all - we are already planning on when we can come back
